Thank you for choosing to spend a special Christmas moment with us! 

When booking for any Christmas event through December the following booking procedures apply.

• Simply book online, give us a call on 01538 702730, e-mail us or pop in to make sure we have got a suitable time and date for your reservation.
• We ask every booking to provide card details to secure and confirm your booking.* Without card details, we sadly cannot hold your table. You can provide your card details online or over the telephone. Please note that we do not accept cheque as a form of payment.
• For our home-cooked Christmas menus (off-peak & Christmas lunch) we ask that you provide a pre-order for all starters and main courses. Sweets are chosen on the day. You can let us know your menu choices by giving us a call on 01538702730, or e-mail your menu choices to info@ramblersretreat.co.uk. We would be grateful if you could return pre-orders as soon as possible. These must be returned at least two weeks prior to your reservation.

*Please note, there is no charge to book your table. As a small business, we kindly ask for card details to book with us so that in the case that a booking was to ‘no-show’ or cancel at short notice (48 hours), we would charge £10 per person. 

Important Notes:

• Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
• We strongly recommend that guests arrive only a few minutes prior to their booking as we do not have a specific waiting area.
• Please state any allergies or dietary requirements with your pre-order so that we can appropriately prepare.
