We’re absolutely ecstatic to announce that we’re Staffordshire’s Tea Room of the year 2022 and will be representing the county at the Visit England Awards for excellence!

We joined Staffordshire’s top attractions, eateries, and accommodation businesses at Keele Hall for the Enjoy Staffordshire Tourism & Good Food Awards on Thursday 3rd March 2022!

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we achieved:
Gold: Tea Room/ Coffee Shop of the year
Silver: Ethical, Responsible & Sustainable Business
Highly Commended: Resilience & Innovation 

And as if that wasn’t enough, we’ve been chosen to represent the county as Staffordshire’s nominee for the Visit England Taste of England award!

Congratulations and thank you to all of our amazing team for their hard work, faultless dedication and love that they all put in to make the Ramblers Retreat  the success that it has been for the past 40+ years! A huge thank you to Enjoy Staffs and Taste of Staffordshire for such a superb Enjoy Staffs Awards and to every finalist and all those who represent Staffordshire, especially after the unprecedented challenges of the past 18 months!

We’ll do our best to keep doing what we’re doing, keep representing our amazing county, the Staffordshire Moorlands and the very special Dimmingsdale and the Churnet Valley!
