We’re thrilled to announce a very special guest will be paying a visit to Dimmingsdale this December!
The Ramblers Retreat will be holding one of our favourite events, Breakfast with Santa will return again this year (2025)!

Feast on a delicious breakfast, meet Father Christmas and make magical festive memories with your family and friends in a true winter wonderland.
We will be taking bookings at fifteen-minute time slots starting at 9:30am. Your family or group will get a chance to chat to Father Christmas in his very own woodland grotto and each child will receive a special personalised gift. You will then get a chance to enjoy a yummy breakfast in our magically decorated conservatory or snug.
Each child’s entry includes a breakfast platter, fruit juice or mini hot chocolate, a visit to Santa’s woodland grotto to meet Father Christmas and a thoughtful gift!
The breakfast platter includes: reindeer pancakes and fresh fruit.
Price per child is £17.95
Each adult’s entry includes a full English breakfast. Your Ramblers Retreat breakfast includes: fried egg, pork & leek sausages, hash brown, bacon, mushrooms, grilled tomato and a Staffordshire oatcake.
Price per adult is £15.00
We will have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available. Please inform us know when booking if you do have any dietary requirements or allergies.
If you would like to join us for this event, this is what you’ll need to do:
Call us on 01538 702730 (during our opening times). We will then find you a spot and take any special little one’s names for their gift. We will need to take payment in full for your tickets at the time of booking.* Unfortunately, we will be unable to hold any spaces without payment so please have your card details to hand.
*If you are unable to make your booking due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid for your tickets. We will need to be aware of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your booking date for this to apply.
