Soups of the British Isles: January 2020

Over January 2020, to keep you warm through a chilly Churnet Valley Winter in Dimmingsdale and the Ramblers Retreat, alongside our usual homemade soups, we’ll be offering  weekly homemade soups inspired by different parts of the British Isles!

All soups will be available as the traditional recipe or vegan.

Soup Month 2020:

7th-12th January: Colcannon, Ireland

14th-19th January: Cawl, Wales

21st-26th January: Hotch Potch, Scotland

28th January-2nd February: Staffordshire Lobby, England
