From the moment you walk through our door, you’ll know Christmas is just around the corner!
We’d like to take this moment to invite you to spend a magical moment with us this Christmas at the Ramblers Retreat; our family home and a true labour of love for over 40 years!
We’d be proud to welcome you for your festive meal and hope that you have a truly wonderful time!
From Friday 5th December to Sunday 21st December 2025 we’ll be offering a special festive menu. This will be available Friday – Sunday between these dates. Also in addition, Thursday 11th December and Thursday 18th December. (Subject to availability.)
Our very talented team have created a homemade, seasonal and most importantly delicious festive menu. From traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, to a homemade Christmas Vegetarian Wellington. We will be offering two, three or just one course festive dinners on selected dates throughout December. To add a little more festive magic, Jeff Eardly, a classical guitarist will be playing Christmas ballads on 11th, 14th, 18th & 21st throughout December.
We would also like to invite you to spend a very special evening with us on Saturday 13th December 2025. Choose from a two or three course Christmas meal and enjoy festive music from our classical guitarist, Jeff Eardley.
If you fancy something a little different this Christmas, why not try one of our festive afternoon teas?! Available from 22nd November – 4th January (Tuesday-Sunday).
And of course, as well as enjoying a delicious festive meal, you can also take in the beauty and tranquility of Dimmingsdale by enjoying a winter walk through the valley using one of the established woodland trails.
